Big Sun Web Designs is owned by me, Charlie Shew, and I also own Charlie’s Web Design. I know I am supposed to be formal and write about all my credentials and experience, but I would instead tell you what to expect when I build your website. I believe in superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations. I do not try to pressure or push customers into something they do not want or need. My friends will tell you I’m laid back and easygoing, and I am. 

When a potential client contacts me, I listen to their needs, goals, and expectations. I then explain what I can do to meet those needs and often suggest services they should know about. Let them know of the different values the website can have for their business.

I understand that contacting a web designer can be nerve-racking. Clients worry about the cost, timeline, and what will happen if they don’t like the design. This area is one of my best strengths. As I said, I’m laid back and understand these fears, and I’m more than happy to talk to a potential client and answer any questions they may have.
